AI Policy Last Updated: September 2026 At Wildish Agency, we view artificial intelligence as a tool to support our people, not replace their creativity, expertise, or judgment. We use AI thoughtfully to support certain aspects of our work while keeping people at the center of the process. Our approach prioritizes accuracy, transparency, privacy, and responsible use. AI-assisted work is reviewed by our team before it is delivered or published. Our Approach to AI AI can make certain tasks more efficient and give our team another resource for brainstorming, drafting, and other parts of the creative process. When AI is used, it serves as a supporting tool within a larger human-led process. Our team remains responsible for the decisions we make, the work we produce, and the final materials we deliver to our clients. Responsible Use of AI Responsible AI use means applying the same standards to AI-assisted work that we apply to the rest of our work. Accuracy & Fact-Checking AI can produce outdated or inaccurate information. Factual claims must be checked against reliable sources before they are used. Human Review & Accountability AI-generated or AI-assisted material requires human review. The person using the tool remains responsible for the accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of the final work. Transparency We aim to be straightforward about how AI fits into our work and will address questions from clients about its use when relevant. Privacy & Confidentiality Client, personal, proprietary, and other sensitive information must be protected when working with AI tools. Responsible & Ethical Use AI should be used in ways that respect intellectual property, privacy, applicable laws, contractual requirements, and Wildish Agency policies. Protecting Confidential Information Confidentiality does not change when AI enters the workflow. Team members must not enter confidential, sensitive, personal, or proprietary information into AI tools that have not been approved for that use. Existing privacy, security, and client confidentiality requirements continue to apply. When there is uncertainty about whether information can be shared with an AI tool, it should not be entered until the appropriate guidance has been provided. AI-Generated Content AI-generated content is never treated as finished work simply because a tool produced it. Any AI-assisted material intended for use or publication must be reviewed and refined by a member of our team. Employees remain responsible for checking facts, quality, context, and relevance before approving the final output. AI may support the creative process, but it does not replace professional expertise or human judgment. Acceptable Use Depending on the project and tool, appropriate uses of AI may include: Brainstorming and early-stage ideation Supporting research Developing initial drafts or outlines Editing and refining existing material Summarizing information Supporting routine workflows and productivity These uses still require appropriate judgment, review, and adherence to Wildish Agency policies. Prohibited or Restricted Use AI should not be used in ways that compromise client relationships, privacy, accuracy, or professional standards. Prohibited or restricted uses include: Sharing confidential or sensitive information with unauthorized AI tools Creating misleading, deceptive, or intentionally false content Using AI-generated output without appropriate human review Using AI in ways that violate client agreements, company policies, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws When a proposed use falls outside established guidelines, employees should seek guidance before proceeding. Ongoing Review AI technology is changing quickly, and the standards surrounding its use will continue to develop. Wildish Agency will review this policy periodically and update it as our tools, practices, and responsibilities evolve.
